This Privacy Policy explains how Remi (“Remi,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Remi mobile application and website (together, the “Services”).

We do not collect payment card numbers or other full payment credentials. Payments for subscriptions are processed through the applicable app store and subscription services.

03Third-Party Services

Remi uses third-party services to provide and improve the Services. These services may process information on our behalf.

Supabase

We use Supabase for backend infrastructure, including authentication, databases, and data storage. Information associated with your account and App usage may be stored using Supabase.

RevenueCat

We use RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions and purchases. RevenueCat may receive information necessary to determine subscription status and provide subscription-related functionality.

Payments are processed by Apple or Google through their respective app stores. Remi does not receive your full payment card information.

Mixpanel

We use Mixpanel to understand how users interact with Remi and to improve the App. Mixpanel may collect information such as App events, device information, and usage data.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website and to improve it. Our website uses Google Consent Mode. Before you allow analytics cookies, or if you decline them, Google may receive limited cookieless measurements, such as consent status and basic device, page, and request information, for aggregate reporting and modeling. If you allow analytics cookies, Google Analytics may use cookies and similar identifiers to measure your interactions with the website.

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information with:

  • Service providers such as Supabase, RevenueCat, Mixpanel, and Google Analytics that help us operate and improve Remi.
  • App stores and payment providers when necessary to process purchases and subscriptions.
  • Legal authorities when required by law or necessary to protect our rights, users, or the security of Remi.
  • A successor or acquiring entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, sale of assets, or similar business transaction.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information.

However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide Remi, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information where reasonably possible, except where we are required or permitted to retain certain information.
